Family

Carlos is the oldest child and older son of Mr. and Mrs. Ramón, and the older brother of Mikey. Mikey is a paraplegic boy who seems to exist some sort of a genius, ever building contraptions and sorts. Carlos seems to get humor from his father (every bit seen in Going Batty), as they both like to tell jokes.

Storyline

The Magic School Bus

Flavor 1

Carlos unintentionally drives Phoebe to start her own activist group called Students Against Desert Scarcity (SADS) in "All Stale Upward" after he goes on nearly how any animals in the desert would exist suffering in the heat and from a lack of food and water. Carlos gets the opportunity to fence in town hall over the proposal of a new mega mall in "Gets Swamped." He wants to fence for the mall, just he loses a coin toss to Janet, so at present he has to argue against the mall.
